Maximum Undrawn Amount definition
Maximum Undrawn Amount means with respect to any outstanding Letter of Credit, the amount of such Letter of Credit that is or may become available to be drawn, including all automatic increases provided for in such Letter of Credit, whether or not any such automatic increase has become effective.

The Maximum Undrawn Amount of all outstanding Letters of Credit shall not exceed in the aggregate at any time the Letter of Credit Sublimit.
If on any Computation Date the aggregate balance of outstanding Revolving Advances and the Maximum Undrawn Amount of all outstanding Letters of Credit is in excess of the Maximum Revolving Advances Amount as a result of a change in exchange rates between one (1) or more Optional Currencies and Dollars, then the Agent shall notify the Borrowers of the same.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in the foregoing or otherwise in this Agreement, the outstanding aggregate principal amount of Swing Loans and the Revolving Advances at any one time outstanding shall not exceed an amount equal to the lesser of (i) the Maximum Revolving Advance Amount less the Maximum Undrawn Amount of all outstanding Letters of Credit or (ii) the Formula Amount.
The Agent will determine the Maximum Undrawn Amount of (i) proposed Letters of Credit to be denominated in an Optional Currency as of the requested date of issuance, as the case may be, and (ii) all outstanding obligations under Letters of Credit denominated in an Optional Currency as of the last Business Day of each month, (each such date under clauses (i) and (ii), a "Computation Date").
The Borrowers shall pay or prepay the Advances (subject to Borrowers' indemnity obligations hereunder) within one (1) Business Day after receiving such notice such that the aggregate balance of outstanding Revolving Advances and the Maximum Undrawn Amount of all outstanding Letters of Credit shall not exceed the Maximum Revolving Advances Amount after giving effect to such payments or prepayments.
