Measuring Time definition

Measuring Time means 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time on the Closing Date.
Measuring Time means 12:01 a.m. New York time on the Closing Date.
Measuring Time means 11:59 p.m. Nashville time on the day immediately preceding the Closing Date.
