Our church will pay, on your behalf, the full annual premium for you and your eligible immediate family members in the United Church of ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Medical and Dental Benefits Plan.
The Company shall pay all premiums associated with such Medical and Dental Benefits.

The Company will continue to provide the Executive and, if the Executive is married, the Executive's spouse the Medical and Dental Benefits described in Section 2.8 hereof.
Supplemental Medical and Dental Benefits Until age sixty-five (65), a unit member who has retired shall receive the same health and dental benefit coverage provided for other employees covered by this Agreement, provided, however, that the carrier or carriers of such supplemental health and dental coverage for the other employees covered by this Agreement shall provide such coverage for retirees.
The Medical and Dental Benefits provided to the Executive and, if applicable, to the Executive's spouse shall be provided by the Company in a manner such that the Executive will not be taxable on any reimbursements to or on behalf of the Executive and, if applicable, to or on behalf of the Executive's spouse.
The premiums will be cost-shared eighty percent (80%) by the employer and twenty percent (20%) by the employee for Medical and Dental Benefits.
