Merchant Processing Services means all bankcard and other services and related products described above as being provided to merchants as part of the Merchant Processing Business. The term Merchant Processing Services as used herein shall not include any card issuing activities or services therefor.

Examples of Merchant Processing Services in a sentence

  • Unless Customer makes the election to terminate this Agreement as provided in Section 9.2(b), the BHAC Service Agreement, the Humboldt Agreement and the Merchant Processing Services portions of the FNP Agreement are hereby terminated as of October 27, 2002.

Related to Merchant Processing Services

  • Processing Services means those services described herein or commonly performed under the management and direction of Bank by a Card Processor or Credit Processor which are necessary to manage a Program and process transactions in accordance with Applicable Law. Such services shall include but shall not be limited to: set-up and maintenance of a Program and Cards, transaction authorization, processing, clearing and Settlement, System access, Card Services, Credit Services, Cardholder dispute resolution, collections, System compliance, regulatory compliance, security and fraud control, and activity reporting.

  • Claims processing services means the administrative services performed in connection with the processing and adjudicating of claims relating to pharmacist services that include:

  • Collection Services means all of the duties and obligations of the Contractor hereunder.

  • Financial Services Provider means any Lender and any other provider of financial services or products;

  • processing aid means any substance not consumed as a food ingredient by itself, intentionally used in the processing of raw materials, foods or their ingredients, to fulfil a certain technological purpose during treatment or processing and which may result in the unintentional but technically unavoidable presence of residues of the substance or its derivatives in the final product, provided that these residues do not present any health risk and do not have any technological effect on the finished product;
