Merged Entity definition

Merged Entity means any one of them, as the case may be.
Merged Entity shall have such meaning as is set forth in Clause 10(a) of this Agreement. (ee) “MIB” means the Ministry of Information & Broadcasting in India.

Examples of Merged Entity in a sentence

  • There are no outstanding obligations of such Merged Entity to repurchase, redeem or otherwise acquire any Securities and there are no agreements or other instruments relating to the issuance, sale or transfer by such Merged Entity of any Securities.

More Definitions of Merged Entity
