Seller may use estimated Metered Usage if measurements of usage are not received timely from the DSP, in which case Seller will indicate that an estimate was used and will make appropriate adjustments upon receipt of definitive data verifying Metered Usage.
If ERCOT or the TDSP does not provide Metered Usage data in a timely manner, STAT may use estimated data to calculate Customer’s invoice and, upon receipt of actual Metered Usage data, STAT will reconcile the charges and adjust them as necessary in subsequent invoices.
