The Microgrid Operator must use reasonable endeavours to provide reasonable notice of its intention to disconnect the Generator but is not required to provide prior notice in circumstances where the Microgrid Operator considers that disconnection is necessary or prudent in order to mitigate or address any emergency, or any adverse effect on the security and reliability of the Microgrid.
The Microgrid Operator may Assign any of its rights and obligations under this Agreement without the Customer’s prior consent.
