  • One such Milestone is the final approval by both parties of a more detailed project timetable (the “Project Schedule”) setting forth in more detail Milestones and Milestone Completion Dates, including all design, development and other Milestones to be achieved.

  • The Project Schedule shall specify any tasks, obligations, or responsibilities under this Agreement (each a “PacifiCorp Obligation”) which PacifiCorp must perform or fulfill in order for Developer to achieve the Milestone Completion Dates for each Milestone, and the date by which PacifiCorp is required to fulfill each and every PacifiCorp Obligation in accordance with this Agreement.

  • Subcontractor acknowledges that time is critically important in performing the Work and warrants that it shall meet the Milestone Completion Dates and the Completion Date.

  • Such Construction plans for Expansion Capacity or new facilities shall also have mutually agreeable Milestone Completion Dates similar to those described in Section 5.2 above, and the remedies under Sections 5.3 and 11 (b) shall apply, as applicable, to such Expansions or new facilities.

Related to Milestone Completion Dates

  • Milestone Dates means the dates for completion of specified Project activities as contained in the Project Schedule.

  • Milestone 2 means achievement of annual Net Sales of at least $35,000,000 during any Calendar Year ending on or before December 31, 2024.
