Minimum Dwell Time at Intermediate Point definition

Minimum Dwell Time at Intermediate Point means the minimum period of time that the Service shall be Planned to stay at any relevant Intermediate Point;
Minimum Dwell Time at Intermediate Point means the minimum period of time that the Service shall be Scheduled to stay at any relevant Intermediate Point;
Minimum Dwell Time at Intermediate Point means the minimum period of time (expressed in minutes) that the Service shall be Planned to stay at any relevant Intermediate Point;

Related to Minimum Dwell Time at Intermediate Point

  • Contract Minimum Investment Requirement means, with respect to the Project, investment by the Company and any Sponsor Affiliates of at least $2,500,000 in Economic Development Property subject (non-exempt) to ad valorem taxation (in the absence of this Fee Agreement).

  • Harvest batch means a specifically identified quantity of dried flower or trim, leaves, and other cannabis plant matter that is uniform in strain, harvested at the same time, and, if applicable, cultivated using the same pesticides and other agricultural chemicals, and harvested at the same time.

  • Field emission equipment means equipment which uses an x-ray tube in which electron emission from the cathode is due solely to the action of an electric field.

  • Commissioning test means tests applied to a distributed generation facility by the applicant after construction is completed to verify that the facility does not create adverse system impacts and performs to the submitted specifications. At a minimum, the scope of the commissioning tests performed shall include the commissioning test specified in Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, Inc. (IEEE) Standard 1547 Section 5.4 "Commissioning tests".

  • Meet Point A point, designated by the Parties, at which one Party’s responsibility for service begins and the other Party’s responsibility ends.
