Minimum Enhancement Amount definition
Minimum Enhancement Amount means, with respect to the Series 2000-1 Notes on any date of determination, the sum of (a) the product of (i) the Series 2000-1 Program Enhancement Percentage, times (ii) an amount in U.S. Dollars equal to the aggregate Series 2000-1 Invested Amount minus the product of (A) the aggregate amount of cash and Permitted Investments in the Group II Collection Account and, to the extent cash and Permitted Investments in the Master Collateral Account are allocable to the Trustee on behalf of the holders of the Group II Series of Notes as Beneficiary pursuant to the Master Collateral Agency Agreement and are not distributable to or at the direction of DTAG, the Issuer, Thrifty or Dollar pursuant thereto, such cash and Permitted Investments in the Master Collateral Account as of such date, in each case to the extent such cash and Permitted Investments constitute Group II Collateral, times (B) a fraction, the numerator of which shall be the sum of the Series 2000-1 Invested Amounts as of such date and the Series 2000-1 Available Subordinated Amount for such date and the denominator of which shall be the greater of (I) the Aggregate Asset Amount as of such date and (II) the sum of the Invested Amounts for all Group II Series of Notes as of such date, times (iii) a fraction, the numerator of which shall be the aggregate Net Book Value of all Program Vehicles as of such date and the denominator of which shall be the aggregate Net Book Value of all Program Vehicles and Non-Program Vehicles as of such date, plus (b) the product of (i) the Series 2000-1 Non-Program Enhancement Percentage times (ii) an amount in U.S. Dollars equal to the aggregate Series 2000-1 Invested Amount as of such date, minus the product of (A) the aggregate amount of cash and Permitted Investments in the Group II Collection Account as of such date and, to the extent cash and Permitted Investments in the Master Collateral Account are allocable to the Trustee on behalf of holders of Group II Series of Notes as Beneficiary pursuant to the Master Collateral Agency Agreement and are not distributable to or at the direction of the Master Servicer pursuant thereto, such cash and Permitted Investments in the Master Collateral Account as of such date in each case to the extent such cash and Permitted Investments constitute Group II Collateral, times (B) a fraction, the numerator of which shall be the sum of the Series 2000-1 Invested Amount as of such date and the Series 2000-1 Available Subordinated Amoun...
Minimum Enhancement Amount means, with respect to the Series 2006-1 Notes on any date of determination, the product of (i) the Series 2006-1 Required Enhancement Percentage, times (ii) an amount equal to the aggregate Series 2006-1 Invested Amount minus the product of (A) the aggregate amount of cash and Permitted Investments in the Group IV Collection Account, the Exchange Agreement Group IV Rights Value (to the extent of any value attributable to amounts on deposit in an Escrow Account) and, to the extent cash and Permitted Investments in the Master Collateral Account are allocable to the Trustee on behalf of the holders of the Group IV Series of Notes as Beneficiary pursuant to the Master Collateral Agency Agreement, such cash and Permitted Investments in the Master Collateral Account as of such date, in each case to the extent such cash and Permitted Investments constitute Group IV Collateral, times (B) the Series 2006-1 Invested Percentage as of such date.

The sum of (i) the Series 2010-3 Letter of Credit Amount, (ii) the Series 2010-3 Cash Liquidity Amount and (iii) the Series 2010-3 Available Subordinated Amount shall be in an amount at least equal to the Series 2010-3 Minimum Enhancement Amount.
