Minimum Optional Redemption Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 6;

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Section 6(b), the Investor may elect to convert a portion of the Outstanding Amount less than the Minimum Optional Redemption Amount pursuant to this Section 6(b) if the remaining Outstanding Amount after any such partial conversion is not less than the Minimum Optional Redemption Amount and that such Investor pays for all costs and expenses incurred by the Company in connection with such partial conversion.
