If Company does not accept or provide any reasons for rejecting such Firm Order within such ten (10) Business Day period and such Firm Order is fully consistent with the Binding Forecast, the Minimum Order Quantity and a lead time of at least [***] from Company’s receipt of the Firm Order, then such Firm Order shall be deemed accepted by Company.
