Minimum Order Quantity definition

Minimum Order Quantity means the minimum number of batches of a Product to be produced during the same cycle of manufacturing as set forth in a Product Agreement on Schedule B;
Minimum Order Quantity means, for each manufacturing campaign ordered by Client under a particular Product Agreement, the minimum number of units or batches of the relevant Product that Client must purchase under such campaign, as set out in Schedule A of such Product Agreement;
Minimum Order Quantity has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4(d).

Examples of Minimum Order Quantity in a sentence

  • If Company does not accept or provide any reasons for rejecting such Firm Order within such ten (10) Business Day period and such Firm Order is fully consistent with the Binding Forecast, the Minimum Order Quantity and a lead time of at least [***] from Company’s receipt of the Firm Order, then such Firm Order shall be deemed accepted by Company.

  • Unless otherwise agreed for a specific order with Company, Licensee acknowledges and agrees that each Firm Order shall be consistent with the Minimum Order Quantity and a lead time of [***]; provided, that once per Calendar Year during the Term, Licensee may issue one (1) Firm Order for [***] Units of an individual SKU and such Firm Order shall be deemed consistent with the Minimum Order Quantity.

  • The Parties shall discuss and re-evaluate, acting reasonably and in good faith, the Minimum Order Quantity three (3) years after the First Commercial Sale of Licensed Product in the Licensed Territory.


More Definitions of Minimum Order Quantity

Minimum Order Quantity means the minimum number of batches of the Product to be produced during the same cycle of manufacturing as set forth on Schedule B;
Minimum Order Quantity shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.4.
Minimum Order Quantity or “MOQ” means, in respect of a Product, the quantity equivalent to a standard batch size for such Product, as specified in Part A of Schedule 1 or as otherwise notified by GSK in writing.
Minimum Order Quantity or “MOQ” means, in respect of each Product, the volume of that Product set out in Exhibit 1 (Products) or, as applicable, agreed pursuant to clause 21 (New Product SKUs).

Minimum Order Quantity means Materials purchased in excess of requirements for purchase orders because of minimum lot sizes available from the vendor.
