Minimum Payment Due definition
Minimum Payment Due means the least payment amount, specified in the “Statement of Account”, required to be paid by the “Principal Cardholder” on or before the “Payment Due Date” in order to keep the “Card Account” active. “Past Due Amount” from previous “Billing Cycle” will form part of the “Minimum Payment Due”.
Minimum Payment Due means the minimum amount payable by the Cardholder as indicated in the Statement of Account;
Minimum Payment Due means minimum payment at such rates applicable from time to time and as advised by HSBC in the Tariff Sheet. The Minimum Payment Due (MPD) calculation is explained in page 14 of the Service Guide section of this booklet.
Examples of Minimum Payment Due in a sentence
The Minimum Payment Due is the greater of $20 or 2% of your ending balance for the billing period.
If you do not make your Minimum Payment Due as otherwise provided in this Agreement, interest charges will continue to accrue to your Credit Line.
At our option, we may not require you to make the full Minimum Payment Due during certain designated billing cycles (each, a “Payment Holiday”).
Subject to applicable law, we may change the terms of this Agreement for any reason or no reason, and in any respect, by adding, deleting or modifying any provision, including APRs, fees, the calculation of Minimum Payment Due, and other terms.
More Definitions of Minimum Payment Due
Minimum Payment Due means the minimum payment due referred in Clause 16 hereof;
