Minimum Wage Order definition

Minimum Wage Order means a Minimum Wage Order published pursuant to Division 5 of Part III;
Minimum Wage Order means an Order made by the Minister pursuant to section 28;
Minimum Wage Order means an order made by the Minister pursuant to section 61 of this Code;

Examples of Minimum Wage Order in a sentence

  • Employees to whom this clause applies will be paid the applicable percentage of the Relevant Minimum Wage according to the following schedule, provided that the minimum amount payable must be not less than the amount set in the National Minimum Wage Order for supported wage rates.
