Minimum Withholding Level definition

Minimum Withholding Level has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 3.05.
Minimum Withholding Level has the meaning specified in Section 1109.
Minimum Withholding Level has the meaning specified in Section 7.1 hereof.

  • No notice of such redemption may be given earlier than 90 days prior to the earliest date on which the Company, non-U.S. Guarantors or any successor issuer or successor or additional guarantor would, but for such redemption, be obligated to pay Additional Amounts above the Minimum Withholding Level.

Related to Minimum Withholding Level

  • New jobs credit from withholding means the credit as provided in Iowa Code section 260E.5.

  • Minimum Level (ML) means the concentration at which the entire analytical system must give a recognizable signal and an acceptable calibration point. The ML is the concentration in a sample that is equivalent to the concentration of the lowest calibration standard analyzed by a specific analytical procedure, assuming that all the method-specified sample weights, volumes and processing steps have been followed.

  • Swiss Withholding Tax means any withholding tax in accordance with the Swiss Federal Statute on Anticipatory Tax of 13 October 1965 (Bundesgesetz uber die Verrechnungssteuer) and any successor provision, as appropriate.

  • Swiss Withholding Tax Act means the Swiss Federal Act on the Withholding Tax of October 13, 1965 (Bundesgesetz über die Verrechnungssteuer), together with the related ordinances, regulations and guidelines, all as amended and applicable from time to time.

  • Applicable Withholding Taxes means the minimum aggregate amount of federal, state and local income and payroll taxes that the Company is required by applicable law to withhold in connection with any Incentive Award.
