Minor person definition
Minor person means a person who has not reached the age of majority.
Minor person means a person who is less than eighteen (18) years of age;

Successor Person has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 6.03(b)(i).

Person means any natural person, corporation, limited liability company, trust, joint venture, association, company, partnership, Governmental Authority or other entity.
Successor personal representative means a personal representative, other than a special administrator, who is appointed to succeed a previously appointed personal representative.
Issuer Person is defined in Section 10.02(d).
