Minor Unit definition

Minor Unit means the smallest denomination of a currency unit in the applicable currency, i.e. CHF centime (1/100 of a CHF)]; and
Minor Unit means the smallest denomination of a currency unit in the applicable currency, i.e. NOK øre (1/100 of a NOK)]; and
Minor Unit means the smallest denomination of a currency unit in the applicable currency, i.e. DKK øre (1/100 of a DKK)]; and

  • The consideration for the US Business or the US Company shall be that part of the Enterprise Value apportioned to the US Business as adjusted pursuant to clause 4.2 as if it were an Affected Unit other than a Minor Unit.
