Mixed Load definition

Mixed Load means Solid Waste from more than one municipality stored and carried in a single vehicle, roll-off box or trailer and delivered to any of the Facilities.
Mixed Load means a Load combining one or more Marketable Wastes with Unmarketable Wastes rendering the entire Load unmarketable by virtue of mixing of Wastes or the reluctance to separate Marketable Wastes from Unmarketable Wastes by a site user, but does not include Controlled Waste or Prohibited Waste.
Mixed Load means a load which contains more than one classification of refuse which requires separation in accordance with Section RR-20 of the Rules and Regulations (separation of Refuse) adopted by the R-Board. It shall be further defined as follows:

Examples of Mixed Load in a sentence

  • The SDRS Contractor, when collecting and loading various types of materials from each property, shall not mix unlike materials together in a truck load and shall comply with the following: A Mixed Load is any load of fire debris that has an unreasonable amount of other types of debris mixed with the truck load content as it is ticketed.

More Definitions of Mixed Load

Mixed Load means a load of Refuse for deposit at the Site containing two or more of the waste categories, as designated in the District of Summerland Municipal Fees and Charges Bylaw.
