MLS Service definition

MLS Service means the services SCAOR provides to Subscriber under this Agreement and similar services SCAOR provides to third parties under similar agreements, including any access or license to the MLS Software, the MLS Database, and the MLS System.
MLS Service means the systems and services, training, data services, compliance and support provided by Company which make up the Company’s MLS option for the reals estate industry.

Examples of MLS Service in a sentence

  • STELLAR MLS may, but is not required to, modify the STELLAR MLS Service, including removing information and making additional information available, and adding and removing system functions.

  • Certain products and services made available in conjunction with the Unlock MLS Service may be subject to agreements other than this Agreement and may require payment of additional fees.

  • Schedule of Fees: Unlock MLS’s document that establishes the fees for Unlock MLS Service.

  • Unlock MLS may, but is not required to, modify the Unlock MLS Service, including removing information and making additional information available, and adding and removing system functions.

  • All fees for the ONEKEY™ MLS Service are exclusive of federal, state, municipal or other governmental excise, sales, value- added, use, personal property and occupational taxes, excises, withholding obligations and other levies now in force or enacted in the future and, accordingly, Participant shall pay all such taxes and levies other than any tax or levy on the net income of ONEKEY™ MLS.

  • Participant shall acquire and maintain all personal computers, modems, data connections, and computer software, other than the ONEKEY™ MLS Software, necessary for Participant’s use of the ONEKEY™ MLS Service.

  • Participant must at all times during the term of this Agreement adhere to ONEKEY™ MLS Policies and satisfy the prerequisites for participation in the ONEKEY™ MLS Service.

  • Subscribers may enter and retrieve active listing information on the ONEKEY™ MLS Service only if Participant offers compensation to or accepts compensation from other principal brokers.

  • Participant shall ensure that the Subscribers maintain the confidentiality of their user IDs and passwords and that no one but authorized Subscribers obtains access to the ONEKEY™ MLS Service or any part of it.

  • If Participant or any Subscriber continues to use the ONEKEY™ MLS Service or ONEKEY™ MLS Database after the expiration of the 30-day notice period, Participant will be deemed to have agreed to the terms as amended.

Related to MLS Service

  • SaaS Service means the SaaS Software as deployed and hosted by Licensor on the AWS Service infrastructure, any software and other technology provided or made accessible by Licensor that Buyer is required or has the option to use in order to access, receive and use the SaaS Software as hosted by Licensor, including any software or technology that Buyer is required or has the option to install, operate and use on Buyer’s systems for its use of the SaaS Software, and all related services, functions or responsibilities of Licensor inherent in, and necessary for, the proper performance of such software-as-a-service.

  • Wireless service means any service, using licensed or unlicensed wireless spectrum, including the use of Wi-Fi, whether at a fixed location or mobile, provided to the public using a network node.

  • Continuous Service means that the Participant’s service with the Company or an Affiliate, whether as an Employee, Director or Consultant, is not interrupted or terminated. A change in the capacity in which the Participant renders service to the Company or an Affiliate as an Employee, Consultant or Director or a change in the entity for which the Participant renders such service, provided that there is no interruption or termination of the Participant’s service with the Company or an Affiliate, will not terminate a Participant’s Continuous Service; provided, however, that if the Entity for which a Participant is rendering services ceases to qualify as an Affiliate, as determined by the Board, in its sole discretion, such Participant’s Continuous Service will be considered to have terminated on the date such Entity ceases to qualify as an Affiliate. To the extent permitted by law, the Board or the chief executive officer of the Company, in that party’s sole discretion, may determine whether Continuous Service will be considered interrupted in the case of (i) any leave of absence approved by the Board or chief executive officer, including sick leave, military leave or any other personal leave, or (ii) transfers between the Company, an Affiliate, or their successors. Notwithstanding the foregoing, a leave of absence will be treated as Continuous Service for purposes of vesting in an Award only to such extent as may be provided in the Company’s leave of absence policy, in the written terms of any leave of absence agreement or policy applicable to the Participant, or as otherwise required by law.

  • CMU Service means the Central Moneymarkets Unit Service, operated by the Hong Kong Monetary Authority;

  • Cloud Service means any distinct, subscription-based, hosted, supported and operated on-demand solution provided by SAP under an Order Form.
