THIRD PARTY COMPLAINT PROCEDURE The Association shall establish and implement a process to allow Third Parties to report any significant and/or persistent pattern of noncompliance, or individual incident of serious noncompliance, with the Workplace Code or Monitoring Principles with respect to any Facility of a Participating Company.
A Participating Company shall have fully implemented, as of the end of the Initial Implementation Period, an independent external monitoring program consistent with the Monitoring Principles, using independent external monitors accredited by the Association and covering all Applicable Facilities.
