Monitoring Surveyor definition

Monitoring Surveyor means such firm or firms of chartered surveyors, quantity surveyors or monitoring surveyors as the Agent may appoint in relation to the Projects.

Related to Monitoring Surveyor

  • Architect/Engineer means the individual, individuals, and or firm identified as the “Architect- Engineer” in the preamble of Contract executed by and between the District and the Architect- Engineer for the Project.

  • Survey means a survey of the Property prepared by a surveyor licensed in the State and satisfactory to Lender and the company or companies issuing the Title Insurance Policy, and containing a certification of such surveyor satisfactory to Lender.

  • Professional surveyor means a person who, by reason of knowledge of law, mathematics, physical sciences, and techniques of measuring acquired by professional education and practical experience, is qualified to engage in the practice of professional surveying.
