Named Plaintiffs further agree that until this Agreement is filed with the United States District Court for the District of Maryland, they will not disclose the existence of this Agreement or any of the terms or conditions of this Agreement to anyone other than their attorneys and tax or financial advisor and immediate family (all of whom shall agree to maintain this information in confidence), or as may be required pursuant to legal process.
Each of the Named Plaintiffs will receive a service award of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000) from the Qualified Settlement Fund, for a total payment of service awards of Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00).

The Named Plaintiffs enter into and executes this Settlement Agreement on behalf of themselves, and as a representative of and on behalf of the Settlement Class, subject to Court approval pursuant to Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, Rule 23(e).
