Naming Rights definition

Naming Rights shall have the meaning set forth in Section 14.5(a). “New Tenant” shall have the meaning set forth in Section 17.2(k). “NFL” shall mean the National Football League.

  • Any sale of Naming Rights shall occur only pursuant to 15 a written agreement (a “Naming Rights Agreement”) setting forth the price, payment terms, 16 and any other terms for the sale of the applicable Naming Right.

More Definitions of Naming Rights

Naming Rights means the right to name a Civic Facility, or parts of Civic Facility, granted in exchange for financial consideration, and where a Naming Entity provides goods, services or financial support to the City in return for the Naming Entity’s access to the commercial and/or marketing potential associated with the public display of the organization's name on a Civic Facility for a specified period of time;
Naming Rights means a type of Sponsorship in which a sponsor receives the exclusive right to name (or rename) a City Asset under specific terms outlined in an agreement.
Naming Rights means the granting by the District to a group or individual of the right to name a District facility in honor of an individual or group for a prescribed period of time or in perpetuity.
