Transmission Provider must conduct the necessary studies and construct the Network Upgrades needed to integrate the Generating Facility in a manner comparable to that in which Transmission Owner integrates its generating facilities to serve Native Load Customers as all Network Resources.
SR2 includes revenues from: (a) TCCs associated with Residual Transmission Capacity that are sold in the Centralized TCC Auctions and Reconfiguration Auctions; (b) the sale of Grandfathered TCCs associated with ETAs, if the expenses for those ETAs are included in the Transmission Owner’s Revenue Requirements; and (c) TCCs derived from Existing Transmission Capacity for Native Load that are sold in the Centralized TCC Auction.

IPL will not increase or upgrade the capacity of its existing or planned transmission facilities in order to provide service under this Agreement if doing so would unduly 1) impair IPL*s system reliability or 2) jeopardize the benefits of service or 3) increase the cost of service to IPL*s Native Load Customers and other customers to whom IPL has a pre-existing contractual obligation.
Non-Firm Point-To-Point Transmission Service shall be available from transfer capability in excess of that needed for reliable service to Native Load Customers, Network Customers and other Transmission Customers taking Long-Term and Short-Term Firm Point-To-Point Transmission Service.
