Native Title Application definition

Native Title Application means the Application for Determination of
Native Title Application means any Claim or application under any law or future law relating to native or aboriginal title, including any application under the Native ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ (Cth) or the Land Titles Validation ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ (Vic).

Related to Native Title Application

  • Initial application means the Application first provided to MFA on or before an Application Deadline to request an allocation of Tax Credits.

  • Distributed generation facility means a facility owned and operated by a member of the Cooperative for the production of electrical energy that:

  • Approval Application means a BLA, NDA or similar application or submission for a Product filed with a Regulatory Authority in a country or group of countries to obtain marketing approval for a biological or pharmaceutical product in that country or group of countries.

  • Property Reinvestment Application means, with respect to any Transfer of property, the application of an amount equal to the Net Proceeds Amount with respect to such Transfer to the acquisition by the Company of operating assets of the Company to be used in the principal business of the Company.

  • Distributed Generator means a person who owns or operates Distributed Generation;
