NAV Calculation Time definition

NAV Calculation Time shall be 3:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) or such other time as disclosed in the Prospectus.

  • The Company agrees to timely transmit to the Portfolio by 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time each purchase order for Portfolio shares received by the Company by the NAV Calculation Time.

Related to NAV Calculation Time

  • Calculation Time means 11:59 p.m. (Central time) on the Closing Date.

  • Valuation Time means the close of business in the city of the Valuation Agent on the Local Business Day before the Valuation Date or date of calculation, as applicable, provided that the calculations of Value and Exposure will be made as of approximately the same time on the same date.

  • The calculation date means the first day on which purchasers of ordinary shares of the Company shall not be granted the rights to subscribe for such new securities which confer the right to convert/exchange into the ordinary shares or the right to purchase the ordinary shares in case of a rights offering and/or the first day of the offering of securities which confer the right to convert/exchange into the ordinary shares or the right to purchase of the ordinary shares in case of a public offering or a private placement (as the case may be).

  • Determination Time shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.

  • SOFR Index Determination Time means, in respect of a U.S. Government Securities Business Day, approximately 3:00 p.m. (New York City time) on such U.S. Government Securities Business Day;
