Negotiation Method definition

Negotiation Method means an acquisition method whereby the Board, Chief or designee confers directly with one or more vendors and awards a contract without using competitive acquisition methods;
Negotiation Method means an Acquisition Method whereby the Township may confer with one or more vendors leading to an agreement on needed goods or services under the conditions outlined in this by-law;
