Net Account Value definition

Net Account Value means in relation to each single Position Account and connected Margin Account, the aggregate net value expressed in euro, calculated as the value of all Margin that has been delivered to Cboe Clear by Clearing Participant under title transfer (expressed as a positive amount) and that Cboe Clear has recorded on the Margin Account, together with the close-out values (with amounts owed to Clearing Participant expressed as a positive amount and amounts owed to Cboe Clear expressed as a negative amount) of all Positions held on the Position Account. If such amount is negative, it will be owed to Cboe Clear and if it is positive, it will be owed to Clearing Participant.
Net Account Value means in relation to each single Position Account and connected Margin Account, the aggregate net value expressed in euro, calculated as the value of all Margin that has been delivered to Cboe Clear by Clearing Participant under title
Net Account Value. The amount of the Account Value minus any Policy Loan and accrued loan interest. Net Cash Surrender Value - The amount of the Cash Surrender Value minus any Policy Loan and accrued loan interest.

Examples of Net Account Value in a sentence

  • If you change your Premium allocation more than 5 times per Policy year, we will deduct a charge from the Divisions of the Variable Account and the Guaranteed Interest Division in the same proportion that your Account Value of each Division bears to your Net Account Value.

  • Your Net Account Value is equal to your Account Value minus any Policy Loan and accrued but unpaid loan interest.

  • If the Annuitant is alive on the Annuity Commencement Date and unless directed otherwise, the Company will apply the Net Account Value according to the Annuity Option elected.

  • You may not withdraw from the Guaranteed Interest Division more than the total withdrawal times the ratio of your Account Value in the Guaranteed Interest Division to your Net Account Value immediately prior to the withdrawal.

  • If a claim is received past 1 year after the date of death the Death Benefit will equal the Net Account Value.

  • The persistency refund will be added to the divisions of the Variable Account and the Guaranteed Interest Division in the same proportion that your Account Value in each division bears to your Net Account Value as of the Monthly Processing Date.

  • Unless you indicate otherwise, we will make the withdrawal from the amounts in the Guaranteed Interest Division and the Divisions of the Variable Account in the same proportion that your Account Value in each Division bears to your Net Account Value immediately prior to the withdrawal.

  • If you change your premium allocation more than 5 times per policy year, we will deduct a charge from the divisions of the Variable Account and the Guaranteed Interest Division in the same proportion that your Account Value of each Division bears to your Net Account Value.

  • As of the first Valuation Date of each calendar quarter thereafter we will reallocate your Net Account Value so that the amount in each Division matches your Premium allocation.

  • The maximum amount you may borrow at any time equals the Net Account Value on the date of the loan request less all monthly deductions to the next policy anniversary.

Related to Net Account Value

  • Specified Reserve Account Balance means, for any Payment Date, an amount equal to 1.00% of the Pool Balance as of the Cut-Off Date; provided, however, on any Payment Date after the Notes are no longer Outstanding following payment in full of the principal and interest on the Notes, the “Specified Reserve Account Balance” shall be $0.

  • Cash Account has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(a)(ii).
