Net Initial Consideration definition

Net Initial Consideration shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.04.

  • If the Net Initial Consideration is a negative amount, the Reinsurer shall remit the absolute value of such amount to the Ceding Company within [REDACTED] Business Days of receipt of the report by the Reinsurer.

  • Additional Consideration has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • Net Consideration means “net consideration” as defined in Regulation Section 1.848-2(f));
