Net Outstanding Amount definition

Net Outstanding Amount means, as of any date of determination with respect to any Existing Notes, the sum of (x) the aggregate principal amount thereof outstanding at such time minus (y) up to $[***] of Additional Equity Proceeds that are held in a Blocked Account (which proceeds shall not, for the avoidance of doubt, constitute Qualified Cash).
Net Outstanding Amount means , at any time, the then Principal Outstanding Amount minus the aggregate amount of cash (if any) then pledged under the Debentures and deposited in the Second Portion Trust Account and in the Third Portion Trust Account;
Net Outstanding Amount on any day, the excess, if any, of (a) the aggregate outstanding principal amount of the Total Loans on such day over (b) the aggregate closing credit balances of all Pledged Deposit Accounts on such day.

Net Outstanding Amount means at any time the Aggregate Outstanding Amount minus the amount on deposit in the Reserve Account as of such time minus the amount of funds on deposit in any Defeasance Account to be distributed to Noteholders in reduction of the Outstanding Principal Balance of their Notes.
