Net Rated Output Capacity definition

Net Rated Output Capacity means the Project’s Energy production capability as measured at the CAISO revenue meter in any Capacity Test inclusive of deductions for all applicable Electrical Losses. [Applies to Baseload Product only]
Net Rated Output Capacity means the Project's maximum power production capability in any metering interval after deducting auxiliary loads, station electrical uses, and all applicable transformer and electrical losses including application of the Distribution Loss Factor assigned to the Project's substation location, and application of the Generation Meter Multiplier as calculated by the ISO and assigned to the Delivery Point for the Project, as set forth in Section 3.1(e).

Examples of Net Rated Output Capacity in a sentence

  • The resulting Net Rated Output Capacity shall be used to determine the Contract Capacity, in accordance with Section 3.1(f)(i) above, and shall remain in effect until the next Capacity Test requested by Buyer.

  • Buyer shall have the right to request a Capacity Test as set forth in Appendix IV-3, to determine the Net Rated Output Capacity no more than one time per Contract Year.

More Definitions of Net Rated Output Capacity

Net Rated Output Capacity means, for a given Unit, the Energy production capability of that Unit as measured at the Unit’s CAISO revenue meter and as determined by a Capacity Test.

Related to Net Rated Output Capacity

  • Rated Capacity means the Average Daily Flow for which the Works are approved to handle;

  • Potential electrical output capacity means thirty-three percent (33%) of a unit's maximum design heat input, divided by three thousand four hundred thirteen (3,413) Btu/kilowatt hour, divided by one thousand (1,000) kilowatt hour/megawatt hour, and multiplied by eight thousand seven hundred sixty (8,760) hours/year.

  • Contract Capacity has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1(f).

  • Nominal Rated Capability means the nominal maximum rated capability in megawatts of a Transmission Interconnection Customer’s Customer Facility or the nominal increase in transmission capability in megawatts of the Transmission System resulting from the interconnection or addition of a Transmission Interconnection Customer’s Customer Facility, as determined in accordance with pertinent Applicable Standards and specified in the Interconnection Service Agreement.
