Net Working Capital Shortfall Amount definition

Net Working Capital Shortfall Amount means, in the event that the December 31, 2002 Net Working Capital is less than the Minimum Net Working Capital, an amount equal to (i) the Minimum Net Working Capital less (ii) the December 31, 2002 Net Working Capital.
Net Working Capital Shortfall Amount means the amount, if any, by which the Net Working Capital Amount is less than the Target Net Working Capital Minimum.
Net Working Capital Shortfall Amount means the absolute amount by which the Final Closing Net Working Capital is less than the Estimated Closing Net Working Capital.
