Network Segment definition

Network Segment means any subdivision of the Network. "Participants" shall mean the governmental entities or agencies comprising the Agency.
Network Segment. (a) with respect to the Borrower's and its Subsidiaries' intercity network, the through-portion of such network between two local networks and (b) with respect to a local network of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries', the entire through-portion of such network, excluding the spurs which branch off the through-portion.
Network Segment means a portion of the Williams Network between two (2) Williams POPs over which ▇▇-▇▇▇ ▇elecommunications service▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇ailable and/or provided.

Network Segment means any discrete part of the Network. Noise includes sound and vibration.
