No Mining Boundary definition

No Mining Boundary shall have the same meanings set forth in the Cyprus #9 Deed and ▇▇▇▇▇▇ #9 Sublease. UCC-1 Financing Statement (as-extracted collateral) shall have the same meaning as set forth in the UCC-1 and UCC-1Ad forms attached hereto as Exhibit N.
