Noise Mitigation Measures definition

Noise Mitigation Measures means noise mitigation measures approved by the transportation commission pursuant to section 43-2-404.
Noise Mitigation Measures means the noise mitigation measures which have been implemented for the Development in accordance with the NIAR and are set out in the SIXTH SCHEDULE hereto;
Noise Mitigation Measures means the noise mitigation measures specified in Section 7.0 of the Acoustic Assessment Report;

More Definitions of Noise Mitigation Measures

Noise Mitigation Measures means the noise mitigation measures mentioned in the NIA;
Noise Mitigation Measures means all or any of the noise mitigation measures approved by the Director of Environmental Protection provided within the Development and any subsequent amendments thereto (if any) approved by the Director of Environmental Protection including the use of fixed glazing, fixed glazing with limited window opening and acoustic fins designed for noise mitigation purpose; a list of the Residential Units designed with Noise Mitigation Measures serving or forming part of such particular Residential Units exclusively is set out in the Sixth Schedule;
Noise Mitigation Measures means the noise mitigation measures mentioned in the NIAR, which are for identification only shown on the Plans by annotation of different text or symbols and listed in the “List of Noise Mitigation Measures” set out on each of the Plans;
Noise Mitigation Measures means the environmental mitigation measures mentioned in the Environmental Assessment, namely, the acoustic fins at Tower 2 (marked “ACOUSTIC FIN” and shown coloured green on the plans certified as to their accuracy by the Authorized Person and annexed thereto);

Noise Mitigation Measures means the noise mitigation measures mentioned in the NIAR which said measures are summarized in Appendix 3 hereto;
Noise Mitigation Measures mean collectively (i) the acoustic windows (baffle type) without micro-perforated absorber (forming part of a Residential Unit); (ii) the acoustic window (baffle type) with micro-perforated absorber (forming part of a Residential Unit); (iii) fixed glaze with maintenance window (forming part of a Residential Unit); (iv) solid balustrade (forming part of a Residential Unit); and (v) self-closing door (forming part of a Residential Unit), which are provided as noise mitigation measures of the Development and are (insofar as they are capable of being identified and shown on DMC Plans) for the purposes of identification respectively (i) marked “AW”, (ii) marked “EN AW”, (iii) marked “MW”, (iv) marked “SB”, and (v) marked “SD” on the DMC Plans (certified as to their accuracy by the Authorized Person) annexed hereto;
