Nominated Subcontractor definition

Nominated Subcontractor means a Subcontractor as defined in clause 12.3.1
Nominated Subcontractor means any subcontractor to the Lead Construction Contractor identified by name in a Respondent’s SOQ (and which is not otherwise captured by paragraphs (a) to (e) of the definition of Major Team Member).
Nominated Subcontractor means a subcontractor executing work provided for in a nominated subcontract amount included in the contract sum or, in respect of additional specialist work, a subcontractor appointed as a nominated subcontractor in terms of contract instruction.
