Non-Recourse Party definition
Non-Recourse Party means any past, present or future director, officer, employee, incorporator, member, partner, stockholder, Affiliate, agent, attorney, advisor or representative or Affiliate of any named party to this Agreement and any past, present or future director, officer, employee, incorporator, member, partner, stockholder, Affiliate, agent, attorney, advisor or representative or Affiliate of any of the foregoing.
Non-Recourse Party has the meaning set forth in Section 5.16 hereof.
Non-Recourse Party has the meaning set forth in Section 8.16.
Examples of Non-Recourse Party in a sentence
Without limiting the rights of any party against the other parties, in no event shall any party seek to enforce this Agreement against, make any claims for breach of this Agreement against, or seek to recover monetary damages from, any Non-Recourse Party, in each case, subject to the penultimate sentence of this Section 11.17.
