Examples of Note Components in a sentence
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, during the continuance of an Event of Default, all amounts received by Lender in respect of the Loan shall be applied at Lender’s sole discretion either toward the components of the Indebtedness (e.g., Lender’s expenses in enforcing the Loan, interest, principal and other amounts payable hereunder) and the Notes or Note Components in such sequence as Lender shall elect in its sole discretion, or toward the payment of Property expenses.
Any realized losses (including reductions by a bankruptcy court) applied to reduce the principal balance of the Mortgage Loan (and correspondingly any Note) shall be reimbursed to the corresponding Note Components of such Note in Sequential Order after all amounts of interest and principal have otherwise been paid in full on such Note.
All expenses and losses relating to the Mortgage Loan and the Mortgaged Property, including without limitation losses of principal and interest, Property Protection Advances, interest on such Advances, Special Servicing Fees, Liquidation Fees and Workout Fees, Appraisal Reduction Amounts and certain other trust expenses, in respect of each Note, shall be allocated to the corresponding Note Components in Reverse Sequential Order.
Borrower shall be treated as the obligor with respect to each of the Note Components, and Borrower acknowledges that each Note Component may be individually beneficially owned by a separate Person.
If the amount received from Borrower is less than the sum of all amounts then due and payable hereunder, such amount shall be applied, at Lender’s sole discretion, either toward the components of the Indebtedness (e.g., interest, principal and other amounts payable hereunder) and the Notes and Note Components, in such sequence as Lender shall elect in its sole discretion, or toward the payment of Property expenses.

All payments of principal in respect of each Note shall be applied to the corresponding Note Components of such Note in Component Sequential Order, and all payments of interest in respect of each Note shall be applied to the corresponding Note Components of such Note sequentially in respect of their respective interest entitlements, in each case, pursuant to the Mortgage Loan Agreement.
The Note Components need not be represented by separate physical Notes, but if requested by Lender, each Note Component shall be represented by a separate physical Note, in which case Borrower shall execute and return to Lender each such Note promptly following Borrower’s receipt of an execution copy thereof.
If the Note has been bifurcated into multiple Note Components pursuant to Section 1.3(c), all prepayments of the Loan, except those made during the continuance of an Event of Default or pursuant to Section 5.16, shall be applied to the Note Components on a pro rata basis.
