Notes Closing Date definition

Notes Closing Date means June 2, 1999.
Notes Closing Date means the date of closing of the purchase of not less than $1,000,000 of the Notes, pursuant to Section 2.1.1.
Notes Closing Date means the effective date of the Note Stockholder Approval.

More Definitions of Notes Closing Date

Notes Closing Date means the date, which date shall not be later than June 15, 1998, on which the Indenture is executed and delivered by the parties thereto and the Senior Notes are issued in accordance with the terms thereof.
Notes Closing Date shall refer to each of the Initial Closing Date (as defined in the Notes Underwriting Agreement) and the Option Closing Dates (as defined in the Notes Underwriting Agreement).

Related to Notes Closing Date

  • Series Closing Date means the date designated as such in the Series Term Sheet.
