The Trustee, the Notes Collateral Agent and the other Agents, as applicable, shall notify the Company promptly of any claim for which it may seek indemnity of which it has received written notice.
Such expenses shall include the compensation and properly incurred expenses, disbursements and advances of the agents, counsel, accountants and experts of the Trustee, the Notes Collateral Agent and the other Agents.
