Obligated Party definition

Obligated Party has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 10.02.
Obligated Party means each Guarantor or any other Person who is or becomes party to any agreement pursuant to which such Person guarantees or secures payment and performance of the Obligations or any part thereof.
Obligated Party as used herein, shall mean any party other than Borrower who secures, guarantees and/or is otherwise obligated to pay all or any portion of the indebtedness evidenced by the Notes.
