Examples of Offering Documentation in a sentence

  • For purposes of sales to government entities in the United States, any Service Offering and the accompanying Service Offering Documentation are deemed to be “commercial computer software” and “commercial computer software documentation”, respectively, pursuant to DFARS Section 227.7202 and FAR Section 12.212(b), as applicable.

  • Offering Documents means the Canadian Offering Documents and the U.S. Offering Documents;
