Official Closing Time definition
Official Closing Time means, in respect of a Scheduled Calculation Date, the last Valuation Time on such Scheduled Calculation Date.
Official Closing Time means 10:00 AM Local Time, on May 1st, 2020.
Closing time means the date and hour specified in the bidding documents for the receipt of bids.
Scheduled Closing Time means, in respect of an Exchange or Related Exchange and a Scheduled Trading Day, the scheduled weekday closing time of such Exchange or Related Exchange on such Scheduled Trading Day, without regard to after hours or any other trading outside of the regular trading session hours.
