Offset program definition

Offset program means the department program for debt collection under the provisions of Iowa Code section 8A.504 through the daily processing and income tax refund programs.
Offset program means a program including, but not limited to trading, banking, fee-in-lieu, or other similar program that serves as compensation when the requirements of these regulations cannot be reasonably met on an individual project basis.

Related to Offset program

  • Pilot program means the pilot program identified and funded through the Funding Agreement and described in that Funding Agreement and its attachments.
