Offset Project Operator definition

Offset Project Operator means the party(ies) with legal author- ity to implement the offset project. Only a primary account represen- tative or alternate account representative may sign listing documents, an offset project data report, a request for issuance, or attestations on behalf of the offset project operator.

Offset Project Operator means the entity(ies) with legal authority to implement the offset project. Only a Primary Account Representative or Alternate Account Representative, as defined in this article, may sign Listing documents, an Offset Project Data Report, a Request for Issuance, or attestations on behalf of the Offset Project Operator.

Offset Project Operator means the person(s) or entity(s) with operational control of the offset project.
