Old Option definition

Old Option means an Option released in exchange for a New Option under Rule 9,
Old Option means the stock option previously granted by Holding to the Employee to acquire the number of shares of Common Stock identified on Appendix A hereto as subject to options with an exercise price of $13.00 per share, as listed under the caption "Options Outstanding".
Old Option means an Option released pursuant to Rule 10.4.

More Definitions of Old Option

Old Option means all options, rights and option agreements dated on or before September 3, 1998 between Corporation and Employee under which Employee has the right to purchase shares of Corporation Common Stock from the Corporation at a stated exercise price per share (collectively, the "Old Options"). Without limiting the generality of the foregoing sentence, attached hereto as Exhibit A is a description of the Old Options. Related to Old Option

  • 3(i) Option means an Option granted pursuant to Section 3(i) of the Ordinance to any person who is Non- Employee.
