  • Notwithstanding the above, the Recipient acknowledges and agrees that this Agreement and any Confidential Information may be required to be released pursuant to the provisions of the Freedom of Information and Protectionof Privacy Act (Ontario) as amended, the Open Data Directive and/or pursuant to any other obligations.
