Opening Contract definition

Opening Contract means in respect of any Transaction, the Contract Quantity multiplied by the Opening Price
Opening Contract means a Contract, resulting from an Options Contract which was designated by a person as an opening contract, the effect of which is the creation or increase of an open position; "open position" means, in relation to an option series, a position that arises if a person is a party to a Contract which has not been closed or exercised, and which will be regarded as:-
