Operating Component definition

Operating Component means the Operating Component described in the Program Guidelines and consisting of three (3) streams: Rent Supplement Stream, Housing Allowance Direct Delivery Stream, and Housing Allowance Shared Delivery Stream;
Operating Component means the portion of the Cost of Contracted Services reasonably determined by an Authorized City Representative, in a certificate delivered to the Trustee from time to time, to be directly or indirectly attributable to the ownership or operation of the System without regard to its treatment under generally accepted accounting principles; provided, however, if no such determination is made, all of the Cost of Contracted Services will be treated as Operating Component.
Operating Component means the portion of the cost of Contracted Services (excluding any Debt Service Component) reasonably determined by an Authorized Authority Representative, in a certificate delivered to the Trustee from time to time, to be directly or indirectly attributable to the ownership or operation of the System without regard to its treatment under generally accepted accounting principles; provided, however, if no such determination is made, all of the Cost of Contracted Services (excluding any Debt Service Component) will be treated as part of the Operating Component.

Examples of Operating Component in a sentence

  • Updates will include progress against their annual funding allocation, quarterly projected take-up and planned commitments, and agreement and payment details under the Operating Component.

More Definitions of Operating Component

Operating Component means the portions of the Budget that set forth the Borrowers’ and the Subsidiary Guarantorscash flow and certain expenditures by the Operating Company.

Related to Operating Component
