Operating Expense Limit definition

Operating Expense Limit means the rate of the "Total Expense Limit" as a percentage of average daily net assets of the Series as stated in the then current registration statement of the Series, plus any distribution or service fees under Rule 12b-1 under the Investment Company Act of 1940 and/or shareholder service fees as described in the then current registration statement of the Series, as determined from time to time by the Board of Trustees of the Trust.
Operating Expense Limit means, with respect to the Series' Class I shares, 1.55% of average daily net assets of the Series, and shall mean, with respect to the Series' Class N shares and UBS Investment Fund shares, 1.55% of the Series' average daily net assets, plus any distribution service fees under Rule 12b-1 under the Investment Company Act of 1940 and/or shareholder service fees as described in the then current registration statement of the Series.
Operating Expense Limit in any year with respect to the Institutional Class of each Fund shall be an amount equal to the Operating Expenses of the Fund’s Investor Class, less the 12b-1 Fee paid by such Investor Class during the same period (after application of any waiver of part or all of such 12b-1 Fee which is then in effect between the Fund and Distributor), expressed as a percentage of the Fund’s average daily net assets attributable to the applicable class.

Examples of Operating Expense Limit in a sentence

  • If necessary, on or before the last day of the first month of each fiscal year, an adjustment payment shall be made by the appropriate party in order that the actual Fund Operating Expenses of a Fund for the prior fiscal year (including any reimbursement payments hereunder with respect to such fiscal year) do not exceed the Operating Expense Limit.

  • The Maximum Annual Operating Expense Limit with respect to each Fund shall be the amount specified in Schedule A based on a percentage of the average daily net assets of each Fund.

  • For accounting purposes, when the annualized Fund Operating Expenses of a Fund are below the Operating Expense Limit, a liability will be accrued daily for these amounts.

  • If the annualized Fund Operating Expenses of a Fund for any month are less than the Maximum Annual Operating Expense Limit of such Fund, such Fund shall accrue into its net asset value an amount payable to the Adviser sufficient to increase the annualized Fund Operating Expenses of that Fund to an amount no greater than the Maximum Annual Operating Expense Limit of that Fund, provided that such amount paid to the Adviser will in no event exceed the total Reimbursement Amount.
